Interior Integration™ Method
What if your home could help you live a better life?
"I walk in the door and feel overwhelmed."
"We keep arguing about the same messes."
"Something feels off, and I can't name it."
“I just don’t love my home.”
Sound familiar?
Your home plays a bigger part in your happiness, your energy, and your overall wellbeing than most people realize. When your space is finally set up for you, everything gets a little lighter:
Less stress. Calmer rooms, fewer decisions, and less to manage.
Better relationships. Spaces that work for everyone, reducing friction and inviting connection.
Healthier habits. Rest, meals, and daily routines happen naturally when your home makes them easy.
A home you love. Your own personal haven that reflects who you are and who you are becoming.
It can feel like you're the problem. You aren't. Your home just doesn’t work for you yet.
So why hasn’t anything worked?
Most home solutions start with the room and the stuff in it.
The Interior Integration™ Method starts with you.
It goes beyond decor to address the true relationship you have with your home: how you live, what you need, and what's working against you.
From there, it makes practical shifts that fit your real life, your actual budget, and your current capacity.
Once your home works for you, you’ll find that it was never about the room to begin with.
The Interior Integration™ Method
An inside-out approach to home and lifestyle design.
It sounds simple: you need your home to do more than just look good. Making that happen is another story. Where do you start? What do you change? How do you make it last?
Interior Integration™ answers those questions and others you didn’t even think to ask. This unique, nervous-system-informed approach uses design as a tool to make intentional changes that support your wellbeing and happiness. The result is a home that feels as good as it looks.

Hi, I'm Jeri
I'm a interior strategist and a mom of four boys. I understand exactly how much a home has to hold. Pretty decor and tidy containers can only do so much. We need our homes to actively support us.
My background spans interior design, professional organizing, and home management. By combining this with somatic training and a strong foundation in psychology, neuroscience, and personality patterns, I help you translate what you’re feeling into practical shifts for your home.
I love creating beautiful spaces, but what I love even more is showing you how your home can actually help you thrive.
If there’s one word to describe exactly what I offer, it’s this: help. No matter where you are on your home journey - a reset, a remodel, or a new build - I’m here to help you find the opportunities for your space to better support you.
That looks different for everyone, because every family and every home is different. And that's exactly how it should be.

The help you need for wherever you are on your home journey.
Design advice, without the full service. "I'd love a pro's eye without hiring a designer for the whole project."
A second opinion on your build or remodel. "Before we commit, I want someone to look at our plans."
Getting organized for good. "I've tried every system, and nothing sticks." Find out why, then build systems that fit you.
Getting everyone on the same page. "We can't agree on how our home runs."
Living better at home. "I want my home to make everyday life easier."
Not sure what you need. "I just know something needs to change."
Every home journey is different. Find what's been missing, repair your relationship with your home, and leave you with tools you'll use for life.

I am your guide for all things home.
Whether it is a new build, a remodel, or a quick refresh, I meet you where you are and help you choose the best direction forward. My approach is completely collaborative and follows three simple steps:Step 1: Learn Your Design Needs
First, we figure out exactly what your home needs to do for you and how it needs to feel. Through The Alignment Map, we identify where your space is working against you so you have a clear plan on what to prioritize.
Step 2: Design Around Your Needs
Next, we choose the design direction that’s right for you. During the Interior Integration™ Strategy sessions, you can ask any questions you have about your home. We can work through furniture, lighting, and layouts, get you organized, or dive into somatic shifts and daily routines. These four sessions are yours to use exactly how you need them.
Step 3: Come Home to Yourself
Finally, we integrate your space with your self. My Align & Design sessions are available for follow-up questions or to dive even deeper into bringing your home into total balance. I am also available for collaborative calls to hand off our strategy to your current builder or designer so they are completely aligned with the vision for your home.

While I am a trained interior designer, this process is about so much more than making a room look beautiful. The real goal is creating a space that genuinely supports you.
When we work together, we look at the whole picture. My approach combines traditional design expertise with a strong intuition for what you need on a deeper level. Together, we uncover exactly how your nervous system reacts to your space.
I pair standard interior design skills (like floorplans, lighting, materials, and construction details) with a deep understanding of people and relationships. I also draw on healthy home principles (like air quality and natural elements), organizing, psychology, and the messy realities of parenting. If you want to explore the energetics of a space, we can do that, too.
The true value of our work together isn’t the furniture we pick. It is the wisdom and clarity you get to finally create a space where you can fully arrive, exactly as you are.

When I talk about creating a home that feels good, I am actually talking about your nervous system and "somatic" design.
Have you ever walked into a loud, cluttered room and felt your shoulders instantly tense up? Or walked into a quiet, balanced space and felt yourself naturally take a deep breath? That physical reaction is your nervous system responding to your environment.
"Somatic" simply means relating to the body. When we use somatics in design, it means we aren't just looking at how a room appears to your eye, we are paying attention to how it feels to your body on a nervous system level.
When your environment is activating your nervous system, your body stays in a subtle state of stress. Harsh lighting, awkward layouts, and unsettling textures add up over time. Designing for your nervous system means intentionally creating a home that cues your body to relax, drop its guard, and actually recharge.
This matters because your level of stress at home affects the rest of your life. If your environment is draining you, you can't show up fully for your work, your relationships, or yourself. With a home that actively restores your nervous system, you finally have the capacity to thrive everywhere else.
When a space is intentionally designed for you, the end result is a home that both looks and feels great.

To me, “home” is the feeling that happens when your physical space genuinely supports what you need on the inside.
Take a look around your current home. Does it reflect who you are right now, or who you used to be? Does the flow calm your nervous system, or does it make you more exhausted? Most people are living in homes that are not aligned with what they truly need.
When your home is aligned with you, it provides that deep comfort we are all craving. It acts as a sanctuary where you can leave the busy outside world at the door. It reflects your true identity and creates a stable foundation for your daily life. If your home isn’t doing that yet, I can help you change that.
Ultimately, coming home to you is the feeling of walking through the front door and knowing you belong exactly where you are.
